      Nice rank and file folks. Hourly workforce great!

      Cons

      Leadership views long term employees as without flaw or error. Less than 10 years you are not part of SOR family and are always suspect. Oldies put down newbies ideas and innovation.

      Exceptional community, good experience , excellent management I learned a lot from the following people. Nelda, Anna, Jo, Cathy, Tanya, Sandy , Logan, Tyler and Jason! I’m very proud of the experience I got from all of the employees. I highly recommend this job to anybody who is wanting to learn more about manufacturing.
