Sophus3 works with clients across Europe, Asia and North America. The employees come from all over the place which makes it a very multi cultural and interesting place to work. Management has a very team oriented approach. There are no titles. The company is relatively un-structured which means that team members have a lot of freedom to decide how to best do their jobs. I work in the analytics team and get involved in very interesting projects with large international clients. I enjoy seeing the results of my work being used by these clients to make significant business decisions.
Cons
The company tends to be behind the curve in hiring new staff to fuel the growth. New team members are therefore under pressure to become productive very quickly. Some new team members have found this quite stressful. The company's London office can get very crowded when we have many visiting colleagues from abroad.
