Worst place to work. No support from your line manager. Toxic and awful work life balance, no Support from HR, Avoid at all costs, concerning when 3 members leave the team in a single year and has a constant revolving door of staff

Great people to work with, minus the managers and it’s 3 days a week in the office and they are normally great when it comes to requesting annual leave and a nice down to earth partner but unfortunately he listens to management to much rather than making their own decisions…

Pay as a junior is extremely bad at only £24k Bad management that aren’t interested in your progression and there’s absolutely no training structure in place. You’ll be given some accounts on day one and expected to do it all yourself. The training contract isn’t a bonus as you have to be there for 18 months AFTER you pass your exam for you not to pay any of it back. Company has been going downhill since they got a new ceo and it’s not that family friendly environment it once was, it’s rather a corporate toxic culture as many others have said too. Plenty of micromanaging Office politics Hr don’t care the slightest about any problems. Oh and there are absolutely no benefits whatsoever
