Pros
The pay is reasonable and there is a good work-life balance. There is no expectation of work on evenings or weekends. The high employee turnover allows opportunities for lateral movement.
Cons
Management does not care about employee well-being. Communication is poor to nonexistent, and they add new duties constantly and expect their employees to maintain the same quality with the increasing workload. The company culture is highly blame-focused. If something goes wrong, there is more effort made to find the person responsible than to fix the problem. Management will never accept responsibility for problems.
