Pros
- Learn by doing situation - good benefits (insurance, pto, sick days, etc) - support from peers/coworkers - not enough hands to help so you have to do thing yourself, which teaches you a lot
Cons
- no career path because the company is in a stand still - not actually caring about the community LOL this is an advertising company. don't be fooled! - SUPER high turnover rate, people don't last more than a year. One time the CEO said that he didn't appreciate the ethics of those leaving instead of working on their retention rate. CEO also left after 12 months.... - pay is lower than most tech companies. And will offer you the lowest salary possible! -promised OTE is a lie... you'll never make that much. - they won't pay your commissions on time, and sometimes will have them all wrong - not diverse at all. management is literally the founders. if they don't like a VP or a manager, they'll get rid of them and assume their responsibilities. or give them to someone else and not give them a new title or pay increase. RIDICULOUS
