      Great teams that are fun to work with. You are surrounded by the smartest people in the Industry who are very passionate about the product.

      Cons

      Relatively small company, and hence you might not get the same perks and benefits as the big ones.

      Great culture. People are humble.

      In some teams engineers have to find projects themselves instead of waiting for roadmap which is good also but sometimes frustrating.

      Good work. Passionate people. Good product. Remote.

      Cons

      Some bad managers. They lost their footing resulting in lack of company vision. Struggled to find working styles that elevated the company (they wanted to grow yet operate like a start up)
