Not many. Deceit benefits with the discount program.
Cons
Sonoco acts like it is 100% invested in safety and it's employee, but it's really not. People are more focused on screwing one another over. When employees feel so hopeless and have to turn to HR for guidance, those employees end up 'let go' or receive no help at all.
