*Much distrust among employees with management and corporate leadership *Have witnessed some office drama and politics *In state of restructuring so a lot of confusion and no clear direction/identity. This also has veteran and existing employees nervous (possibly contributing to the office drama) *Large company so too much red tape at times to get something accomplished
