      Pros

      Sonoco maintains a wonderful environment full of wonderful people with which to work. Pay and benefits are above average for the area. All around great place to work.

      Cons

      I haven't really found any cons, yet. We work hard but it is well worth the effort.

      Engineering is actively developing new processes and attempting to make things more reliable

      Cons

      The heat and the some of the safety requirements are too strict, especially whenever it's excessively hot and you're required to wear FR with reflective stripes
