      Pros

      Challenging work, great employees in hourly and salaried areas, excellent safety culture, great benefits, perks such as company paid meals, gift cards for safety/quality/productivity milestones.

      Cons

      Very little time for a home life, hourly or salaried. Open positions are not filled in a timely manner. Very little accountability from plant management on down. Union plant.

      Great co-workers, and I always feel welcome. Real engineering problems to solve, and people here to help when I need it.
