Money. Medical, dental, vision, life Insurance. 401k. Opportunity to advance. Yep.
Cons
Working many weekends, you can be forced to work overtime 12 hrs a day, 7 days a week if need-be. Working with some people who just don't give a turd and do the bare minimum. Growing distant from your family, growing old making money without enjoying life. Financial compensation isn't worth that, to me at least.
