Pros
They really make you feel like you are valued at first and the staff is a great group of people! Got my attention for what I was asking in Salary.
Cons
Turn-over is terrible and not stable enough if you have a family to provide for. They will tell you what you want to hear at first but don't be fooled. Micro-management is a big issue, not allowing you to focus on the job, quality is not a concern to them, and too much drama behind the scenes.
