Pros
Literally none. I learned what type of company I don’t want to work for. If you want to go into this industry look elsewhere. This is a bottom of the barrel company in every aspect.
Cons
Normally I would say you should take Glassdoor reviews with a grain of salt. Not in this case....run. Compensation structure (salary, bonus, commission structure), upward mobility, training, technology (CRM), leadership, and communication were all absolutely terrible.
