I have worked here for several years and can honestly say it's the best place I have worked. Everyone is hard working, friendly, encouraging, and extremely helpful. Working here feels like we are all a team with the same goal in mind.

Over the past several years there have been several people who have left and new people who have started. It is always sad to see people leave and can be difficult for morale, but ultimately it feels like the team is stronger now.

The average number and size of sales being made per month was exaggerated in my employment interview. Also, I was told that the renewal rate was 95% when in actuality it is closer to 60%. Since 1/3 of my commissions comes at the 1 year renewal there has been a significant difference in what I was told I can make and what the actual amount is. In short: over promise - under deliver.
