Pros
Good Work Life balance. Moderately competent salary (Plz don't compare with cisco, juniper, netapp,etc..). Free Food, Free Transport. Friendly Environment.
Cons
HR is worst (Eg: I forgot to apply leave online and it came up as loss of pay in salary. When I approached HR to get that money, they simply told "it is tedious process. Please forget it." No training about the products. It is purely your effort that helps you sustain in the company. No information about the road map of products. No Employee Benefits. Eg: Certifications, education, car loan, house deposit loan, Team outings, Very less medical insurance. Very poor capacity planning. Eg: Layoffs and Firings randomly.
