Pros
There is a plenty of autonomy as long as you can handle things on your own. They offer competitive wages for the industry. Benefits package is pretty standard.
Cons
Requested resources need to be overly justified. Do more with less is the culture. Training is inadequate and be prepared to pull information out of the company rather than having it provided.
