Pros
Some managers were kind and considerate, free slushies all day, and many little easy tasks to do if you have trouble sitting still and waiting around.
Cons
Many managers would refuse to let me go home regardless of my scheduled hours if my leave would be difficult for them. I could not just walk away, they had to count my money and make sure it was correct. I would ask them over and over to count me out, and they would say "in a minute" until an hour or two passed by. One asked me if I could still come in after throwing up five times the night before my shift. Granted, they are overwhelmed and employees could do more to help, but that doesn't excuse disrespecting your time. You are also paid less ($7/hr) when you carhop and many people don't know you rely on tips when you carry their food out, so regardless of how well you do, you could lose a lot of money.
