      Pros

      Excellent product, a really dedicated team of engineers and support group that is the best I have ever seen. They have grown their distribution and the scalability of product in 11.0 which should allow them to grow over next few years in a significant way.

      Sometimes perceived as slow on decision making, but I think it is just a bit more deliberate than normal high-tech firms, this in long run may not be a con

      Pros

      Laid back environment, the manager was superb, always had your back. The benefits was ok. Working hours were flexible

      Low pay.. other than that nothing much to crib
