      Pros

      Flexibility in scheduling, they handle all the billing. Decent pay.

      Cons

      A lot of technical issues on the website. I've had several notes disappear and it's been almost two months since it has been resolved. I have patient information from their profile disappear multiple times a month and have to call into customer service. Customer service availability and convenience is very poor and slow. No known ability to increase compensation. only 1/10 referrals pan out.

      Pros

      SonderMind has been one of the best work environments I have experienced in my 23-year career. The company genuinely cares about employee well-being, ensures employees are recognized for their contributions, and fosters a culture of respect among colleagues—something I have never experienced to this degree in any prior workplace.

      I genuinely cannot identify any cons of working at SonderMind.

      Ability to make your own schedule.

      Cons

      Have not had a rate increase since 2020. The referrals are not consistent and many of them are almost a waste of time.
