      Pros

      Onboarding was easy and did not take a lot of time. Fully remote.

      Cons

      They have a "matching" system where clients are given several providers to choose from. This makes getting a client a long process. I contracted for three months and never received more than 3 clients. Also, the rate of pay per session is very low.

      Pros

      SonderMind has been one of the best work environments I have experienced in my 23-year career. The company genuinely cares about employee well-being, ensures employees are recognized for their contributions, and fosters a culture of respect among colleagues—something I have never experienced to this degree in any prior workplace.

      Cons

      I genuinely cannot identify any cons of working at SonderMind.

      Pros

      Ability to make your own schedule.

      Cons

      Have not had a rate increase since 2020. The referrals are not consistent and many of them are almost a waste of time.
