Pros
Majority of staff are excellent and very supportive . Manager and PIC very fair and approachable . Loved the work itself in assisting clients with their ADLs i grew very fond of them all. there was mostly always a lovely atmosphere.
Cons
very very poor pay for the work that is done, minimum wage or just slightly over (at least that is what I earned when i worked there). Shortage of staff was regular and so you're asked a lot if you can work extra shifts with little appreciation shown.
