      Dont pay on time, toxic, inept leadership, constant turnover and manipulation. Do homework. Terrible benefits, comp, culture, leadership, environment.

      Pros

      Small company, You are able to create your own value, There is always lots to and a challenge to overcome. Pay, PTO and the number of holidays is better than my previous employers.

      Cons

      Health insurance expensive for a family, but very reasonable for employee only. No 401K, but able to purchase stock options.
