Pros

I really love working at Somo. I feel that I am highly valued and listened to. We have a clearly outlined appraisal process and there are clear pathways to progression. My team are great fun to work with and there is a brilliant work/life balance.

Cons

Not necessarily a con but agency life is fast-paced and this may not be for everyone.

Pros

Great company culture, commitment to the growth of their employees, stability. Really fun place to work if you like a hybrid work environment where you get to connect with your team in person frequently.

Cons

Some of the client work is frustrating to manage and technically unchallenging. Lack autonomy for tech stacks but the company is always working on improving it.
