      Fast paced, innovation focused, internal promotions regularly happen on merit. A values based organisation that exposes you to the breath of the mobile / connect devices ecosystem

      Less formal training than larger agencies or companies, long hours, fast growing company means reorganisations in structure occur often

      Pros

      Great company culture, commitment to the growth of their employees, stability. Really fun place to work if you like a hybrid work environment where you get to connect with your team in person frequently.

      Cons

      Some of the client work is frustrating to manage and technically unchallenging. Lack autonomy for tech stacks but the company is always working on improving it.
