Cons
- Chill work until they micromanage in every way or form. - No consideration with employee's request. - Shuttle service area is limited. - HR will write up the strangest memos. - Job contract is signed on your first day, you cannot change anything on that day. - Hybrid work is not stated on the contract and doesn't mention the days you are in the office, it will be decided verbally and then they will request you to work onsite. - HMO is very limited. (semi private rooms and no dependents)
