Co workers, decent discount, Disney perks, beautiful jewelry pieces, you could also borrow jewelry to wear during shift, hour lunch, Decent amount of hours, and you meet some cool interesting people from different parts of the world.

Everything else from management to hours! They hired way too many people for this small store to put some of them in smaller kiosks which is ridiculous! The gossip is also terrible! Everyone talks about everyone and every week someone quits or gets fired. A lot more guidance and training is needed in this particular store and better train managers need to replace the horrible ones they have now! In my short time working there I had never experienced such a terrible environment! I dreaded going to work! The hours were so long that basically you spend your whole day there! Most of the time I wouldn't get out until midnight or 1am in the morning. That's excessive for retail! Parking is terrible and Disney doesn't care much about its DD employees since parking was impossible to find since everywhere was designed for customers only but no slots designed for co workers So much favoritism! Certain people (leads and AM) could get away with abusing the associates and nothing would be done about it! It seems like those who said something would end being fired or forced to quit. The owners really need to pay more attention to this store to see what's going on because if they did, half the people would be there DONT WORK HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT! You won't last!
