      Decent wages and good central downtown location

      Cons

      Some issues with profiling and it is very hard to work with management as they are working opposite time zones for the most part

      Great atmosphere and open non ego approach

      Cons

      Management had little experience in running a comapny and it led to a few bad decisions. No ill will though.
