Pros
The work itself is the main draw here. You get to work on truly amazing projects with a collaborative and positive team. The people are genuinely great to work with and are willing to help you learn and grow.
Cons
The main frustrations centre on compensation and a lack of fair opportunity. The salary is on the low side for the amount of work and responsibility. Furthermore, there's an "in-group" mentality at the senior management level; if you're not part of that circle, your contributions may be overlooked. While the company has improved its diversity in recent years, it still had a way to go.
