      Pros

      Good product, extremely talented field sales management and sales team. Sales were growing and providers were buying into the story of the benefits of the product.

      Cons

      Children running the home office. Senior Executives ran the company into the ground with poor decisions. Had no managed care strategy and plans were laughing at the product.
