Work remotely. Above average pay (if working 40 hr/wk).
Cons
Constant change. Poor communication. Leadership does not value feedback of field team and frequently criticizes efforts. Clinical staff feels like telemarketing, sales, and productivity workers. Long hours, micro-managed. Roles not supported by upper management. RNs, CHWs, and NPs are experiencing burn-out. There is no reward for hard work.
