Due to financial constraints, technology upgrades are slow and years apart. Due to turnover in the past few years, a cohesive culture has yet to be established. Morale is still recovering from layoffs at the beginning of the year. IRA plan and educational assistance on hold.

PTO compensation is great but they guilt trip you for taking time off and being fully remote

It’s a cult. I endured several years of people being completely unprofessional and jealous. Get used to colleagues trauma dumping on you during a work meetings including inappropriate conversations but it gets passed because they were “having a reaction to the material and everyone is allowed to process their emotions differently”. The entire organization is steeped in racism, sexism, transphobia. The perpetrators never get fired but instead are given countless chances to “be forgiven”. You will barely get raises except a 3% “cost of living” raise which doesn’t matter if you can’t afford groceries. If you perform exceptionally, the old guard of upper management will steal your work and label it as their own. Be prepared to not get a raise or promotion for anything, even if you have data on how you systematically helped the organization. Most of your projects will be forced into a perpetual circle of unnecessary meetings that leave without any action items or support to get finished project green lit. Pro ai and every department is constantly understaffed/underpaid . Prepare to be gaslighted constantly. After my time here, I have 3 new auto immune disorders and PTSD. Which, is the most ironic part since it’s a “trauma healing organization”.
