CEO likes food and drinks and needs friends, so the regular boozy pub trips are good.

Company is run by an incompetent CEO, who has no understanding of the roles across the company and bullies staff as a result of her ignorance. People of colour especially are targeted and micromanaged in a real toxic environment. Everyone is too scared to say something and the bullying goes unchecked. It is a very uncomfortable environment, where colleagues are forced to watch others being tortured in silence.

-I love the team culture. It's not a massive company so they really try to make sure that they hire people that will work well together. -The clients that we do work for are also really great. The work we do makes an impact across NZ -I like that we take time to celebrate all the work we do as a team. It's a really supportive environment

The leadership team are always really good at listening to any issues we have and actioning any changes when necessary so I don't have any major complaints from my time with Somar
