Flexibility, company car, nice environment among colleagues, very good office facilities, free coffee, free transportation from select locations to the office.

Inexistent career management. Poor accountability / responsibility management standards, recent Spanish owner appointed chief officers fail to understand company culture, positioning and strategy.
