Very Bad experience while working with Solyda.
They take cheque from agents and deposit it without their knowledge.
I am stucked in my home country without able to return as these people from solyda are not cancelling my visa as well as my labour contract.
They are telling to deposit 25k AED to cancel and over and above that they have registered a case on me for dishonoring cheque.
I will call them Corporate Extortionist.
Please do not join this company.

Cons
they give 4000 aed salary and after few months-- don't pay the salary at all.
the company is run like a grocery store.
Too many people hired coz of nepotism and does nothing at work
