Disappointing - Accountant Solxsys Administrative Solutions Employee Review

Manager just kind of did whatever they wanted. Office setting was obnoxious. People wasted a ton of time talking and disrupting to the point you have to wear headphones to focus. There was a huge lack of guidance by management for the roles in which they hire for. You think you are going in for a role and it’s nothing like what was portrayed. In general there is just not a lot of direction.
