      really great company. Team focus on quality work to deliver out of box result and I learn so many things from it. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to work with Great minds at solwin. I recommended to all. I will join solwin again back in 2019 if i get chance.

      no space for bad attitude and negative person.

      - Nothing any pros.. .. ..

      Cons

      - Company owner taken interview as HR of company. Then again taken next technical round as a technical person. All round from the same person. - company don't trust on employee. - hire remote employee and not trust on remote team. - Not provided system to remote employee. And forcefully install there own tracking files in employee personal system. - If employee have any issues then they not provided salary of next month.
