Huge Burden In the name of IT Company sorry a shop, There are no single pros in this shop. (Shameful job, wasting lots of time in this place. Where you've to works as labors. ) I can write the worst script on Solwin Infotech. 1. No salary on time (i had worked more than half year. I never had salary on time. And I'm sure that they will never give salary on time. It's my challenge. 2. Fake Bond (A single paper documents they've of their names?? no joining latter, no offer later, no id card, not a single paper working in this company) 3. Environment (It's not an IT company, It's shop without a shutter, no policies, no rules, a Labor and Boss kind of culture) 4. Force ( force employees to write reviews.) 5. Punctuation (if you ever come late they will cut from your double salary, but what's about those times when I come early and over timings. You ever appreciate anyone why you come early, you've done a great job or how're your days are going? NO never. What you think we are labors ??? 6. where should I go for complaint? (No HR, No manager, No TL, No faithful seniors, No documents, No policies,) 7. Pirating Equipment (Solwin Infotech is so cheap that they never buy any software, they believe in pirated things. OS, Photoshop, IT stuffs all they using is pirated) 8. Infrastructure (no comments on this cause they never care for that) 9. Please don't give Worse Diwali gifts.

You guys really need to a good Psychological doctor, you mind is sick. I'm sure and swear that you don't care any of my written words. I will never get growth if you've still look like this.

- Nothing any pros.. .. ..

Cons

- Company owner taken interview as HR of company. Then again taken next technical round as a technical person. All round from the same person. - company don't trust on employee. - hire remote employee and not trust on remote team. - Not provided system to remote employee. And forcefully install there own tracking files in employee personal system. - If employee have any issues then they not provided salary of next month.
