Pros

You can learn a lot about recruitment, which is nice, but that’s pretty much it.

Cons

They expect you to work on public holidays. You hardly get any personal time. Management is always monitoring everything you do, so you can’t even have a casual chat with colleagues. If you take a day off, management will look for reasons to let you go. It feels like you have to work nonstop. They want to know why you need a holiday and make you justify taking a day off, which is really uncomfortable because they want to know everything that is going on in your personal life. You have to use your personal laptop for work, which adds more stress and cost. The salary is really low compared to what others in the industry get, so you don’t feel appreciated at all. Asking for even one day off feels like begging, and it’s really frustrating. There’s a lot of pressure to put work first, and then yourself which can make you feel burned out. Management doesn’t seem to care about employees at all; they just want you to keep working for them to earn more profits for their business. These things make it challenging to retain the employees in the organisation.

Pros

Gained hands-on experience working with various tools and skills.

Cons

Salaries are always delayed and below the industry standards. Highly biased and unsupportive management. No official holidays apart from Sundays—and even then, you're expected to respond to work messages. Regularly expected to work beyond standard hours with no overtime pay. Required to use your personal laptop, SIM card for office work. Employees are undervalued and gaslighted by leadership. Absolutely no empathy or regard for employee well-being. The company portrays itself as a large, established firm, but in reality, it operates without proper structure or professionalism. Even when clients are on holiday, employees are forced to continue working under pressure to “stay productive.” The workplace feels exploitative; once you’re in, you’re treated like a slave. “Would not recommend this company to anyone”
