      Remote first culture, 401K matching, flexible work hours, excellent parental leave policy. Good people work here. At least one example of promoting from within.

      Poor leadership, office politics, lack of transparency, short term results prioritized over long term solutions which leads to mounting technical debt.

      Position was work from home. I had great supervisors and there was zero micromanagement.

      There was a lot of realignment of teams and I ended up with 3 different supervisors in less than a year.
