      Pros

      It gives you good learning environment with grate work life balance. You will get to challenge yourself to better growth. Employee will monitory appreciation for there hard work. Top management is supporting. Open door policy that actually works. Work from home opportunity. Provide certification if anyone require Learning & Development program by HR which actually makes a difference.

      Cons

      Some times a little work load but that is manageable.

      It's a job if you can't live without a job.

      Cons

      The positive reviews here are about the company in India and my exposure to Deepak was positive. The local office in Mineola NY is a very different environment. Extremely hostile daily environment. The people who work there are afraid of senior management and are just scrambling to get through the day and fly under the radar. Avoid at all cost.
