Never Join this company-Total Failure - Anonymous employee Solveda Employee Review

Dear Employee At times employees have their own perception and it seems to be the case here. This company is not a single ownership. Our CEO in India is equally a employee as you are. Company is very well owned by few enterprenuers in NY and London. Also We will appreciate if you talk to management of your organization (Solveda or your current one) and relay your concerns, it at times gets better with such feedback. If the company has done something horrid to you then such review makes sense and if not this only bites back in and makes it a worst place. After your feedback last year, we have constantly focus on few things and changed few. Hope you take our point positively. Regards,
