      Pros

      Good stepping stone job, if that's your goal. Bro mentality at the top, if that's your thing. Micromanagement, if that's your requirement. Animated how-to videos, if that's your entertainment.

      Cons

      This company is in a death spiral - who is going to acquire them, and how is the business model situated for real growth? I have never worked with a team who was more inept than this group. Who is really running this outfit? I could never tell who was the real CEO and who was the guy who won the coin toss. Best case this company gets sold in an all-stock deal to some middling agency. Worst case this company gets sold in an all-stock deal to something worse.

      Really smart acquisition by Adiant--top notch team at Solve Media, great technology and a good publisher network to boot

      Cons

      Niche and engineering vs sales focused. With the sale, the benefits are less good and the founders have departed

      Pros

      Collegial environment, very little ego among employees, everyone is willing to work hard and help out. If you work consistently you will be given more responsibility and there is a lot of room for creativity within roles.

      Cons

      The company is (as of Fall 2012) ~40 people split between four offices so there is definitely a communication gap. The media-buying audience is very entrenched and sales take a great deal of work. The product(s) are great but I'm worried about the lack of R&D in sellable media options.
