The only positive thing are colleagues who are on the same boat like other employees. Stuck in between unrealistic, weird or non sense requests from CEO & COO
Cons
Two amateurs in tech ( COO & CEO) are trying to do something that they don’t even know what they are trying to do. Horrible management, zero knowledge of tech industry or web3. They keep changing their strategy and product on a weekly level. They constantly lie to the community and are full of empty talk. Horrible company to work for. Super toxic. They pay you for 40h a week but they expect you to work like a dog!
