      Safe place to work Good developmental support for ambitious employees Good benefits package One of the best collaborative environments which I have worked People want to win together My manager appreciates what I bring to the table I am never asked to do anything unethical or against my morals

      Pay is not as competitive as some of the direct competition Advancement can require moving around a bit

      Pros

      Great benefits overall when it comes to medical, 401k match and other benefits.

      Cons

      Work load and the department has very high expectations for this job. It's almost like an account manager/ customer service roll.

      I have no pros that I can think of

      Cons

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
