      Pros

      Good benefits, good vacation and sick day policies. Multiple sites and groups to choose from.

      Cons

      Morale is low, progression planning depending on business unit is good to nonexistent, salaries are low and even with years of experience they don't fix this until you threaten to leave. High turnover at middle management.

      I have no pros that I can think of

      Cons

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
