      Pros

      * Benefits are good, * Google collaboration tools are excellent * Some lovely people * Very ambitious strategy * Strong on sustainability and CSR * Lots of change that brings opportunity for development

      Cons

      * Talk a good game but how sincere is it? The PR is great but not sure I believed all of it was genuine * Leaders will promote and request certain behaviours but don't lead by example * Lots of change driving a lot of work, pressure, instability, uncertainty which is negatively impacting engagement and wellbeing

      Pros

      Great benefits overall when it comes to medical, 401k match and other benefits.

      Cons

      Work load and the department has very high expectations for this job. It's almost like an account manager/ customer service roll.

      I have no pros that I can think of

      Cons

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
