      Good opportunity to learn and increase individual competency. Provide systematic training for developing employee. High degree of freedom to work under own umbrella.

      Cons

      Acquisition activities to be new Solvay is not well balancing for turn Solvay from conservative organization and slow mover to fast moving organization. Doubtful for remaining of old Solvay strengths and people attitudes.

      I have no pros that I can think of

      Cons

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
