      Pros

      Good pay, bonus, and vacation/holiday days. Average medical/dental benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of European bias that creates a toxic environment. Most Americans are not respected or given the same opportunities. Bad managers are protected by HR. Upward mobility only works if you are part of a succession plan. Work/Life balance is a joke.

      I have no pros that I can think of

      Cons

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
