Pros

A paycheck and flexible schedules due to it being a 24/7 - 365 days a year. Some of the staff are really great people, positive and helpful. They "try" to incorporate incentives. The location is much nicer than the old building. Internal positions are available.

Cons

They pay is not good. The work is extreme and poorly organized due to the structure provided by management. The company is more concerned with "status quo" than innovation. There is definitely favoritism and it shows. Expect to pick-up the slack of others as a result. The programs used are dated and make the call flow take longer than needed. It's very tedious and monotonous work. The breaks are less than fifteen minutes, except lunch, and most shifts are for 4/10hr shifts. The incentives given are to encourage more work due to high turn-over rates so you will feel burnt-out. My exit interview was combated with excuses rather than solutions to company issues.

Pros

Most people there during my tenure (with the company and outside of it) were understanding and loved to help out each other where they could as they knew just how strenuous things could be.

Cons

Some people were not consistent with work, and it fell on more responsible parties to pick up their slack consistently. Calls were just checking boxes and not back and forth conversations to some, this led to the issue I shared above. Some days were just 8+ hours of back-to-back phone calls; staffing did not stretch far enough and new staff was not recruited nearly enough as the training process is long.
