      Events, Pay, Communication, that's what I can think of right now

      Cons

      If you have kids I would be cautious, especially if you don't have a good support group, for whatever reason they count it against you and don't seem to understand what it's like not being able to afford things like daycares or nanny's.

      Good camaraderie amongst teams, management, and employees in general. They are constantly improving processes to ensure for a good work environment and to make employees happy.
